About Troy

Troy is pure puppy joy—bouncing around with his brothers and sisters, always ready for a game of tag or a good, old-fashioned wrestling match. Out of a litter of seven, Troy stands out for his playful attitude and eagerness to be part of any activity. He loves the company of both people and dogs, greeting everyone with a friendly tail wag. Kids instantly become his new pals, and his outgoing, happy-go-lucky nature makes him a great fit for families with younger members—especially those ages five and up who can keep pace with his youthful energy. Born safely in care on March 2, 2026, just after his mom was rescued, Troy is about 12 weeks old now and has been well-socialized from the start. His mom is a 30-pound Feist mix, and while Dad’s breed is a mystery, it’s clear from Troy’s medium size and short black and tan coat that he’s going to grow into a handsome companion. Just don’t expect any house training skills yet—he’s still learning the ropes. Fun fact: being born March 2 makes Troy a Pisces, so don’t be surprised if he’s the dreamer of the group. He’s ready to find his new home in Medfield, MA, and hopes you’ll be the one to put in an application. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
