Four words to describe Bill: happy, curious, goofy, and friendly! At around 10 years old, he weighs 8 pounds and is an active, social senior Chihuahua. This little guy needs a forever home where someone is around most of the time, as he tends to get anxious when left alone. He loves other small dogs and is eager to greet every dog or cat he encounters. Although he can be quite enthusiastic during introductions, it usually eases up with a patient companion. Bill forms strong bonds quickly and prefers to stay close to his person, often laying on his bed wherever you are. He has a keen sense of adventure and will wander off if not watched closely outdoors, so his new family will need to keep a careful eye on him, especially during potty breaks or around other pets. After recently needing to have his remaining teeth removed due to poor condition, his forever family will need to provide him with soft food, although his appetite remains robust. Bill is a sweet and goofy boy who is excited to meet his new family! He’d thrive in a home with children aged 13 and older.
