Dave is an independent dog who takes his time exploring. He loves checking out every interesting scent and ensuring he hasn’t missed anything. Once he's satisfied his curiosity, his affectionate side shines through as he comes over for a quick sniff or a gentle lick, greeting you with a loose wag before getting back to his adventures. This thoughtful pace makes him a quiet companion, perfect for leisurely walks with someone who understands him. During his stay, Dave has become more comfortable with people and now enjoys routine walks. Although vet visits can be overwhelming, he shows that with patience and a little space, he relaxes and warms up. At about 4 to 6 years old, he’s ready for a patient owner who will allow him to build trust and appreciate his steady companionship. All adoptions come with support from our team to help with the transition to your home. Adopted pets are vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered before leaving our care.
