Duke has quickly become a beloved addition to his foster home. Though he's only been there for a few days, he's already revealing his playful personality. Initially shy around both people and dogs, Duke warms up rapidly and enjoys the company of his larger doggy foster siblings after just one day. He would thrive in a home with another dog for companionship and play. A crate is a comfortable retreat for him; he might howl for a bit but settles down quickly and often naps there while his foster mom works nearby. Potty training is progressing well, with Duke about 90% there through positive reinforcement and treats. Currently, he has a medium energy level. Duke can be quite entertaining when he gets the zoomies, and he loves running laps in the yard. He's also a chewer, so providing fun toys will keep him busy.
