Meet Minnetonka! This playful puppy is full of personality and charm, ready to win you over. Minnetonka is a friendly and fun-loving pup who keeps every moment entertaining. One minute he's lounging with a chew bone, and the next, he's zooming around, inviting everyone to join in a playful wrestling match. His ability to shift from calm to energetic is endearing. He enjoys playing with other dogs but is just as content entertaining himself with toys. And let's not forget about mealtime—his excitement is palpable! When meeting new people, Minnetonka can be a bit unsure initially, but give him a moment, and his friendly nature shines through. He gets along well with cats and loves the company of other dogs. While having another playful dog might be ideal, it’s not essential as long as his family is ready to help him burn off his moderate puppy energy. Like any young puppy, Minnetonka is still learning the ropes of life. His potty training is underway, and he’s starting to grasp basic commands. He needs continued crate training, leash training, and proper socialization to grow into a confident companion. While he hasn’t been around children yet, he’s at a young age to learn and thrive with positive interactions. Minnetonka might be a bit vocal during exciting times, especially when it's playtime or meal time. His expressive nature makes him all the more lovable. This puppy will be attending the Summer of Love Adoption Event at the Mall of America on Sunday, August 16th, from 1-3 PM. If you're interested in adopting, you must be present at the event and ready to take him home that same day. Adoption decisions will be made on-site, so be prepared!
