Penelope, a large female puppy, was found wandering on Knoop Avenue & Elizabeth Street in Eugene. She has not yet been spayed and is currently settling into the shelter environment at Greenhill Humane Society. The staff is monitoring her adjustment while they get to know her personality better and evaluate her needs. Since she is new, she’s not available for adoption yet, but updates will follow as she becomes more comfortable.
