Meet Lulu! This sweet girl is about 2 years old and weighs around 13 lbs. She likely has a mix of terrier or dachshund in her. Lulu is currently learning house and crate training in her foster home, although she's not yet been walked on a leash. She's a shy pup who needs a patient adopter, ideally with a fenced yard and a confident, small female dog to help her feel secure. Lulu's journey began in a hoarding situation, which has left her a bit timid. But with time and love, she’s gradually learning to trust. In a calm home, especially one where someone is often around, Lulu is just content to sit beside you, offering her gentle, peaceful presence. She’ll need a setting where barking is minimal and where she can continue to blossom into her best self. She is not suited for apartment living and would do best in a home without children, as she has a preference for quiet company.
