Shirley is a delightful nine-year-old Bichon Frise weighing 15 pounds. This lovely lady has an incredibly cheerful personality and brings joy to everyone she meets. She adores going on walks and enjoys car rides, showing off her playful spirit every chance she gets. The only reason she finds herself in rescue is due to her previous owner moving to assisted living and facing some memory challenges.
