About Brownie

Meet Brownie, a lovely 3-year-old Doberman Pinscher. Brownie was rescued from the streets by a Good Samaritan and taken to West Palm Beach shelter. After her hold period, we discovered she is heartworm-positive, but that won’t stop this sweet girl from looking for her forever home. She just had her spay surgery and needs time to recover. For now, we’re getting to know her personality and what kind of environment will suit her best. In about ten days, we plan to evaluate her with other dogs to see how she interacts. What we do know is that she deserves a safe and loving place to heal. Brownie would thrive in a foster or even foster-to-adopt home, where she can decompress while receiving the care she needs. If you’re looking to make a difference, consider welcoming Brownie into your home. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
