Alone at just about 10 weeks, she scavenged the streets, managing to survive against all odds. It was a rescue volunteer who first spotted her hiding near a stream, trembling and hungry. Despite her rough start, Petra now radiates strength and joy. After over a year in the shelter, she made her way to the United States, where she’s now thriving in foster care with Bruno Project Rescue. Here, she has discovered the delights of companionship and play with her foster dog siblings and is particularly fond of outdoor adventures. With a wagging tail and an excited bounce at the sight of her harness, walks are her favorite activity. Petra is searching for a calm and patient home that understands her journey.
