Meet Gus Gus! This little one wandered onto a horse farm just over a week ago, and he’s truly a small wonder at about the size of a chicken nugget. Arriving underfed and battling a nasty upper respiratory infection, he looked in rough shape but has made impressive strides toward recovery. Gus Gus has undergone treatment with antibiotics, eye ointment, and even a thorough bath, which he might complain about if he could. His little body now sounds less like a squeaky accordion, and he’s feeling much better. This affectionate and playful guy will be ready for adoption in about two weeks, once he completes his vaccinations. Given his friendly nature, he gets along well with cats, dogs, and children alike.
