Daisy is a charming 2-3 year old Chihuahua mix, weighing around 5-6 lbs. She's a delightful little character who brings joy wherever she goes. Described as the funniest dog you could meet, her personality shines through even in her tiny size. With a bark that could best be called a squeak, Daisy is very communicative, expressing her needs and desires in her own unique way. Originally from Texas, Daisy came to Brighter Days as a timid pup, overshadowed by her litter of puppies. While her adorable offspring quickly found homes, Daisy remained, working through her fears and slowly blossoming into her true self with love and socialization. Daisy adores her walks, treating them as grand adventures. She has a natural knack for charming larger dogs, who often find themselves following her lead. Her affinity for cats is equally amusing; she spends her time performing elaborate dances to coax them into play, showcasing her playful energy. Daisy has a penchant for treats and knows how to pull off some cute antics to get them. What she enjoys even more than treats is a fun car ride, where she eagerly participates in deciding where the journey should lead, usually back to her beloved walks. Daisy does need a special home that’s ready to understand her quirks and support her as she navigates her anxieties.
