Arthur is a big, sweet guy who arrived as a stray and didn’t come in looking his best. After receiving some much-needed care from our medical team, he is feeling much better and is starting to reveal his true personality. Initially, Arthur was defensive and barked at newcomers, unsure of what to expect. With time and routine, he has relaxed considerably. He recently tested well with a laid-back dog, suggesting he would thrive in a home with a senior or easygoing pup. Arthur walks well on a leash and has a fondness for squeaky toys. While he might not be your typical high-energy dog, he enjoys human company yet maintains an independent nature and is perfectly comfortable spending time alone.
