Kusu is a dynamic young Anatolian Shepherd with a mission to patrol his surroundings. This spirited boy thrives in an outdoor environment and enjoys having livestock to guard. While he has a soft spot for kids and does well with female dogs, Kusu will flourish as the only dog in his adoptive home. He needs someone experienced with livestock guardian dogs who is committed to using positive reinforcement training to ensure Kusu lives his best life. Currently residing at Green Dogs Unleashed in Troy, VA, Kusu is looking for an adopter willing to enroll in our six-week Canine 101 training class. This in-person training helps set the stage for a successful adoption, and secondary consideration will be given to those willing to complete a private lesson and attend a pre-approved training class.
