Meet Tailspin, a 2.5-year-old neutered male Domestic Short Hair in New Baltimore, MI. Despite having a heartbreaking story, he’s making remarkable strides. Tailspin had a rough start when he was abandoned outdoors after being adopted as a kitten. He was found in distress, covered in engine oil, and near starvation. Fortunately, he was rescued and is now thriving. Unlike most, Tailspin has a slightly wobbly gait due to cerebellar hypoplasia, but it's not painful and won't progress. This gentle soul is good with other cats and enjoys the companionship of dogs that are calm and don’t crowd him. After a slow introduction, he's friendly with kids and thrives in a supportive environment. He's mostly house-trained, but has occasional accidents. Tailspin loves toys and engaging with humans, making him a wonderful companion. While it's challenging to think about letting him go, Tailspin deserves a loving home where he can flourish.
