About Mickey
Meet Mickey! This charming 3-year-old mini Pit Bull mix is ready to find his forever home. Mickey has a stunning gray-blue coat and soulful eyes that draw you in. He once faced hardship, being found tied to a tree, but now he’s a picture of resilience and joy, weighing in at a healthy 30 pounds. Mickey is full of life. He’s energetic, affectionate, and always up for some fun, embracing comforts like soft blankets and toys with enthusiasm. He loves gathering all his toys for an epic playtime! Recently house-trained, he’s shown great promise but will need continued consistency in his new family. Mickey sleeps well in his crate, rides nicely in the car, and walks without pulling. An active family would be ideal for Mickey, especially one experienced with the spirited nature of bully breeds. He’ll thrive with a secure yard to play in and would enjoy the company of another dog that can match his playful vibe. Children aged 10 and up would be a great fit for him. While he hasn’t been tested with cats yet, he’s ready to make new friends! Mickey is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and has his vaccinations up to date. He’s looking for local adoption within Illinois only, as he’s currently in a foster home. If you think you could give Mickey the loving home he deserves, reach out. What are you waiting for?
