About Knox

**Meet Knox!** Knox is a charming 2-year-old black cat with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He weighs about 12 pounds and loves to cuddle, often showing his excitement during mealtimes—food is definitely one of his favorites! Knox is neutered and up to date on vaccinations, and he is microchipped. He has FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but with proper veterinary care and an indoor lifestyle, he can lead a long, happy life. FIV isn't contagious to people or dogs and is mainly spread between cats through deep bites. He gets along well with dogs, making him a good fit for a home that has a respectful canine companion. Knox is litter box trained, but he prefers a clean box just for himself. If another cat uses it first, he might choose to eliminate outside the box. For this reason, he would thrive as the only cat or in a home where his litter box needs can be closely managed. Knox is eager for a loving home where he can bask in attention and enjoy lots of snuggles. If you're searching for an affectionate companion with a lot of love to give, Knox might be the perfect fit for you! **This is a courtesy listing.** Knox is not at Herd & Flock Animal Sanctuary.
