Meet Ella! Ella is an almost 5-year-old German Shepherd mix with a big heart and an even bigger smile. She greets everyone with affection and enjoys snuggling on the couch. If you want a loyal companion who will be part of your daily life, Ella is the perfect choice. Ella gets along well with other dogs and loves being around children, including little ones. She is house-trained and adapts well to home life. While she struggles with separation anxiety and prefers not to be kenneled, she does wonderfully when left free. You’ll often find her happily playing with chew toys, socializing with dog friends, or napping on the couch. As an active dog, Ella relishes outdoor adventures and will thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard. She needs regular walks to stay satisfied, and she may pull on the leash, so a confident handler is ideal. With proper guidance, she can be a fantastic walking buddy. Ella would prefer to be in a home without cats. She has a playful tendency to dig only if another dog starts it, so she’d be happiest with well-mannered canine companions. Now, after three years in a home and recently being returned, Ella is eager for a fresh start with a family ready to embrace her loving, affectionate spirit. In return, she’ll offer boundless kisses and unwavering loyalty, always ready to be by your side.
