Meet Boots! He is one of six puppies from our Lone Star litter, rescued from Nacogdoches in mid-July. Now 8 weeks old and ready for a family, Boots, alongside his siblings Brisket, Ladybird, Magnolia, Peaches, Shiner, and Bluebonnet, are looking for loving homes. Their mother is a stray, believed to be a Treeing Walker Hound, whose beauty shines through in her adorable pups. Boots is a playful little guy with a sweet temperament, and he's sure to steal hearts with those long ears inherited from mom. Despite being the most spirited of the litter, we expect these pups to grow into medium to large companions. Upcoming vet check-ups will ensure they are all set for adoption, and meet-and-greets will be scheduled soon, giving you a chance to see just how lovely Boots truly is.
