About Beasley
Beasley is available for adoption in Texas only. He’s an easygoing, affectionate mix of Black Mouth Cur and Coonhound who’s become a favorite in his foster home. Beasley bonds tightly with his people and has a special fondness for other dogs—he genuinely enjoys forming connections with canine housemates. Though independent, Beasley is sweet-natured and brings a laid-back presence to the home. He likes to relax in the sunshine and happily entertains himself with toys, making him a good match for families or individuals who favor a calm day-to-day routine. Beasley thrives when he has regular walks, plenty of yard or outdoor time, and some opportunities to cool off in the water during hot Texas summers. While Beasley gets along well with other dogs, a meet-and-greet is best before introducing him to new pups in the household. Since he’s new to living inside, he’ll need some patience and gentle support while adjusting, but he responds well to kindness and stability. His favorite things are easy: a companionable dog friend, a soft bed, and some cuddles at the end of the day. With his affectionate hugs and soft-spoken nature, Beasley has a lot of love to give and will bring a true sense of comfort and warmth to his next home. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
