Sammy is an adorable 8-year-old Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher mix, weighing in at 9 lbs. He’s friendly with both dogs and children, making him a great family companion. Sammy is house trained and also gets along well with pee pads for those indoor moments. He loves his time in a secure, fenced yard or going for walks on a harness and leash. Affectionate and cuddly, Sammy adores sitting close to his people, whether on their lap, beside them, or getting his morning belly rubs. Sammy's foster has specific requirements for his adopters: he needs a home where someone is around often, as he doesn’t enjoy being left alone for long periods. He should have the freedom to be on the furniture and sleep beside his family. Consistency and structure in training are essential to continue his progress.
