June is a charming young girl eager to find her forever home. After her previous owner went into assisted living, she was taken in by a rescue that has been committed to finding her a new family. At about a year old, June is a small Chihuahua mix weighing just over 10 lbs, with light tan patches that make her truly unique. She is a happy puppy who enjoys attention, walks, and, of course, treats. June gets along well with other small dogs, including her friend Mabel, with whom she shares a crate. While they are bonded, they can also thrive in separate homes if necessary. June has shown no interest in bothering cats and is learning the ropes of house training. While she may have had a few accidents, progress is happening as she adapts to the routine. She prefers to be outside exploring so she may vocalize when crated if you’re nearby.
