Meet Jingles! This charming guy knows how to relish the finer things in life: a cozy nap, leisurely strolls, car rides, tasty snacks, and keeping a watchful eye during bathroom breaks are his idea of a perfect day. Jingles lost his only home when his beloved owner passed away. Before arriving at Miri's Haven, he struggled with the effects of his owner's declining health. He came to us underweight and dealing with chronic skin allergies. Thanks to the incredible care he has received, Jingles has made a remarkable recovery. Today, his skin is healed, the itchiness is gone, and he’s discovering all the joy life has to offer once more. Everyone is drawn to his big, soulful eyes. Jingles is sweet and quietly content to be near his humans. He prefers being close rather than in your lap. Walking on a leash is a breeze for him, and he enjoys exploring the yard, riding in the car, or even going for stroller rides when his little legs tire out. On a recent hotel stay, he had a grand time investigating every nook and cranny before settling in as the perfect gentleman. Don’t be surprised if you find him accompanying you to the bathroom; he believes no one should go alone. His favorite playtime includes adorable toe nibbles, and he has quickly decided his tiger bed is the ultimate comfort. Now that he’s safe and loved, his joyful personality is flourishing. Jingles is looking for a calm home with at least one friendly resident dog, along with a fenced yard for safe exploration. He’s low-energy and sleeps through the night, making him an easy-fit companion. While he needs a belly band for the occasional indoor accident, he rides splendidly in the car and is content to chill while you're away. To maintain his health, he will require lifelong eye drops, daily probiotics, and a special diet free of chicken and grains. Despite his vision loss and needing assistance with stairs, none of these obstacles dampen his spirit. More than anything, Jingles seeks a family that treasures the little moments right along with him.
