Benson is a charming 4-year-old Maltese who is eager to find his forever home. At around 17-18 lbs and neutered, he is up to date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. He came to us after a sad transition due to his owner's passing, and we believe he deserves a fresh start. Although Benson can be a bit defensive around unfamiliar dogs, he's well-matched to share his home with another small companion, though he would be just as happy as an only pet. He walks well on a leash and is house-trained, having done well in his previous home. While he's not a fan of the crate, he adapts for short periods and is generally quiet, making him a good fit for a condo or townhome.
