Good Mews rescued Peg along with her sisters Rikki and Chalemagne from a local county shelter. If you ignore her in favor of her sisters, she’ll nudge your hand for attention. A few affectionate pets will quickly lead her to purr and roll over, exposing her belly for more rubs. While she’s not keen on being held yet, there’s potential for her to become a cuddly lap cat with time. She adores playtime, particularly with her favorite wand toys and enjoys scratching pads. During meal times, Peg tends to eat slowly and can get easily distracted, so following her with food often helps. It’s important to monitor her as her sister Rikki can be quite the bowl hog. Peg frequently plays and sleeps with Rikki, while Charalemagne prefers to observe from a higher perch when not involved in the action. They haven't been exposed to other animals yet, so it's uncertain how they'd adjust to them. They're quite shy and require a gentle, patient new family to help build their confidence. Once they trust you, they will love all the attention you can offer. Peg and Rikki are closely bonded and must be adopted together, while Chalemagne is also part of their little family and can be adopted with them if desired.
