About Taz
Meet Taz, a 5-year-old, approximately 45-pound mix with a heart full of love. He came to us from a challenging situation in Ensenada, Mexico, where he was confined for too long, leaving him with some anxiety around crates and being alone. Despite this, Taz is a loyal and goofy companion who thrives on human attention. Taz is a laid-back guy who enjoys playtime, snuggling on the couch, and gentle walks. He’s not the type to join you on a long run, preferring a more relaxed lifestyle. Recently, he’s become friends with another dog, which has helped him feel more comfortable. While he enjoys the company of a calm dog, he can also be perfectly content as your one and only. Crating is still a challenge for him, and he may need some extra support, including patience and understanding, as he works through his anxiety. Taz will flourish in a home with someone who is often around and can help him build confidence through routine and gentle training. Taz has waited long enough for a loving home. He doesn’t need perfection, just a chance to be the amazing dog we know he can be. His adoption fee is $200, which includes his neuter and vaccinations. Ready to meet him?
