Meet Fettuccini, a delightful 4-month-old Pit Bull Terrier mix with a loving heart. Her story began before she was even born, as her mom, Colander, arrived at our rescue pregnant and in dire condition from heartworms. After an emergency C-section to safely deliver Fettuccini and her siblings, they’ve flourished through exceptional veterinary care and plenty of affection. Fettuccini is on track to grow into a medium to large-sized dog, following in the pawprints of her mom, who is about 52 pounds. This playful pup thrives on activity and enjoys her time with other dogs. She’ll complete her training in the Puppies for Parole program on August 7, mastering skills that will help her become a wonderful companion. While she’s still figuring out house training, Fettuccini is eager to learn. She works hard to keep her space clean with her kennelmate, and any slips are just the learning curve for a young pup like her. Consistency and patience will help her make great strides in her new home. Fettuccini will be spayed on August 20 and will be ready for adoption shortly after.
