Little Libby, around 12 weeks old, currently weighs about 10 pounds, though she will continue to grow. Her foster mom describes her as a playful and friendly puppy. She loves kids and gets along well with other dogs. Due to her tiny size, she’d do best in a home with gentle children, preferably aged four and up, and dogs that aren’t too rough. Libby is crate trained and making good progress with house training, although she still has some accidents if not let out frequently. She’s just beginning to learn commands like “sit” and is catching on quickly. While she can be a bit mouthy and may nip at your feet in play, she responds well to redirection with toys. She’s all puppy—curious, playful, entertaining, and a lot of work. To thrive, Libby needs a family that will invest the time and energy into her training and socialization.
