He’s spent time in a shelter environment that doesn't provide him the comfort he deserves, and because of overcrowding, he’s at risk. Thor has a short coat and sports a lovely white and cream coloring that makes him quite the charmer. He’s a small-sized dog, perfect for those looking for a companion who can thrive in both apartments and houses with limited space.
