Toro is a lively 3-year-old Miniature Pinscher and Chihuahua mix searching for a new home. Currently at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter, he's eager to find his forever family. With a short coat thatβs black with hints of tan, he's a small bundle of energy. Although he's still learning to be housetrained, Toro's friendly nature makes him a delightful companion. He has been at the shelter since June 25, 2025, and is ready to embark on a new adventure. Adopters are encouraged to be patient, as Toro is still adapting to new spaces.
