About Garth
Garth is living proof that second chances save lives. This handsome 8-year-old Staffy mix was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter after landing on the euthanasia list simply because there wasn't enough space. Now safe with Silver Linings Rescue Ranch, he's ready to find the forever family he's always deserved. Don’t let his age fool you—Garth has plenty of adventure left! Whether he's joining you for a walk, exploring a new trail, or soaking up the sunshine, he’s always eager to be by your side. After a day filled with fun, he’s more than happy to curl up on the couch for some well-earned snuggles. Garth is an affectionate boy who loves to please. He enjoys showing off tricks, especially when treats are involved. His favorite thing (after snacks) is spending time with his people; he’ll happily be your loyal shadow wherever life takes you. Great news for potential adopters: Garth is cat friendly and gets along well with small dogs. He can also share his home with mellow, submissive canine companions who align with his easygoing personality. After everything he's been through, Garth is ready for the happy ending he deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal adventure partner and cuddle buddy, Garth is waiting to meet you. Are you ready to be his silver lining?
