About Meeka

Meet Meeka, a delightful 1.5-year-old Black Labrador Retriever mix looking for her forever home. After being rescued as a stray in Texas, she’s now spayed, vaccinated, and ready for adoption. Meeka is a high-energy girl who thrives on playtime, loving squeaky toys and games of chase. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is continuing to learn how to be gentle with smaller pups. Meeka has a friendly disposition, often wagging her tail at the sight of new canine friends. While she’s still working on her leash manners, she’s a smart lady who responds well to positive reinforcement. Crate and potty trained, she’s also a fantastic car companion and handles stairs with ease. Though she loves children, it's recommended to supervise her around little ones due to her youthful energy. She would be happiest in an active home with a secure, fenced yard and a playful canine buddy. Meeka does prefer to eat separately from other pets to avoid sharing food or toys. If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion, Meeka is eager to win your heart! Click apply to start the adoption process.
