Meet Leia, a lovely tan Shepherd mix ready to find her forever home. She arrived at C.A.R.E. after being transferred from Towaoc Animal Shelter with her two daughters, who have since found their families. Now it’s her turn! Leia is an adult who, at 1 year and 6 months old, has a playful spirit tempered by a sweet, gentle nature. Although she approaches new dog friends with caution, a few friendly sniffs usually lead to warmth and affection. She’s still learning leash manners and basic commands but is eager for guidance. With her charming personality, Leia is perfectly poised to become a loyal companion. Adoptions are currently by appointment.
