About Finn
Finn is a large, male Pit Bull Terrier mix looking for a patient and understanding home. He tends to be a bit shy, so a slow and steady approach will work wonders with him. Being food and treat motivated, Finn responds well to training, making him a great candidate for an adopter with some experience in dog training. He is crate trained and even has a history of living successfully with a cat in his previous home. For his future home, Finn will do best in a family with kids aged 6 years or older since he can be nervous around new people and loud noises. Wayside Waifs requires that the whole family meets him before adoption to ensure a smooth transition, and he should meet any other dogs in the home to make sure they can get along.
