Maisey is an adorable Maltipoo, around 2 years old, weighing in at 13 lbs. Rescued from a challenging situation, she's come a long way since being taken from a meth house. Despite her rough start, She sustained a burn on her shoulder that healed, leaving a small hairless patch. Maisey is affectionate and playful, showcasing incredible resilience after everything she has been through. Her energetic spirit shines through, although there was a brief period of concern when she displayed some odd tail-chasing behavior. A neurologist suggested that past exposure to drugs might have caused this. Thankfully, she’s now on medication that keeps this behavior well-managed. Maisey is friendly with everyone and gets along well with other dogs, though her playful nature might be too overwhelming for older or shy pups. She thrives in a calm environment, ideally suited for an adult-only home. Maisey loves her toys and can entertain herself when needed. She's house trained and does not suffer from separation anxiety, often choosing to sleep alone after some cuddle time.
