About Max
Max is an impressive 11-year-old little king, weighing in at 15 lbs. Rescued from Texas after the passing of his owner, he now finds himself in the loving care of his foster family. Nicknamed Maxie, he's confident and observes the world with a calm demeanor, even amidst the bustle of public transit. This little guy enjoys his walks, displaying a low to moderate energy level while remaining unreactive to his surroundings. Once back home, Max transitions into an independent Velcro dog, moving from pet bed to pet bed to keep an eye on his people. He loves to nap by your side and appreciates gentle pets in between his quiet observations. Though he thrives as the sole canine presence, he gets along well with dogs of all sizes, having an easygoing nature even around older children. While he has yet to meet any cats or young children, he seems adaptable and unbothered by their presence. Fully potty trained and comfortable around the house, Max isn't too fond of crates but tolerates them when necessary. His training is coming along well; he already knows how to sit. Max is just waiting for his forever home where he can bring love and companionship. Ready to welcome a charming presence into your home? Hit apply and let’s get started!
