Although she prefers a quieter environment, Bootsie is eager to find a loving family to help her grow in confidence.
About Bootsie
Meet Bootsie! She’s a shy girl who spent much of her life hiding under a couch, bringing litter after litter into the world before she was rescued by volunteers at Second Chance Companions. Because of her challenging past, she needs a patient and understanding home. Once Bootsie learns to trust you, her true personality shines through. You’ll find a sweet, affectionate companion who loves to chat and enjoys cuddling, though she prefers to set the pace. Treats are always a hit with her, and witnessing her growing confidence is a deeply rewarding experience. Bootsie would do best as the only pet in a quiet home. Loud noises can be intimidating for her, and we aren't sure how she would react to children. She has tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and she's been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for fleas and worms.
