About Chelsea
Chelsea is a gentle soul who has already accomplished one of life's most important tasks: raising her six beautiful puppies. Now it's her time to receive the love and care she deserves. This affectionate dog is still learning how to be a beloved companion. She can find the world overwhelming at times; loud noises and raised voices might send her hiding. Some days she bravely explores her surroundings, while on others she prefers to curl up under the bed for comfort. Chelsea needs a patient adopter who understands that healing takes time and that trust must be earned. While she finds solace with women, men may take her a little longer to warm up to. Creating a calm environment where she feels safe will go a long way in helping her adjust. Chelsea loves to follow her favorite person around the house and enjoys belly rubs, kisses, and cuddle time. Be prepared for her to snuggle right beside you, as she believes that the closer, the better! Through all she's endured, Chelsea has an incredible amount of love to give. With the right person to guide her, she can leave the fears of her past behind and embrace a new life full of love and comfort. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
