About Missy

Missy is a resilient cat who was rescued from a TNR project, pregnant and looking for safety. Soon after arriving at the shelter, she gave birth to her kittens, all of whom have already found their forever homes. Missy is learning to navigate her new world and, while she enjoys the attention of the Animal Caregivers—often following them around and eating from their hands—she's still hesitant to be pet. With time and a quiet home environment, she could blossom. Currently, she shares her space with a small group of cats, including her friend Pebbles. While they do not need to be adopted together, they certainly appreciate each other's company.
