Meet Frankie, a 9-year-old Miniature Schnauzer mix who found his way to safety after being rescued from the streets. When he was discovered in early July, he was scared, dirty, and had matted fur that required serious grooming. Thanks to the dedicated care of PAWS-OK and his loving foster dad, Frankie has transformed into a sweet companion. He’s still learning about the world, including what toys and treats are, but his affectionate nature shines through. Frankie is a committed lap dog who adores following his humans everywhere. He may rumble a little when it comes to protecting his foster dad, but he quickly melts into a cuddle bug with gentle handling. He’s crate trained, walks well on a leash, and is good with dogs, cats, and children. Just be sure to keep an eye on him if an open door beckons. If you’re looking for a loyal friend to share your life with, Frankie is ready to be your new best friend. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
