About Max
Max is a charming young dachshund looking for a fresh start in a loving home. At just 2 years old and 22 pounds, he has a striking appearance with his black coat, which is still recovering from a flea allergy—thanks to the care he’s received from our rescue. Coming from a home with over 20 other dogs, Max is initially quiet and needs patient adopters who can provide him with the love and security necessary for him to thrive. He gets along well with dogs and is also good with children and even cats. Max has been fully vetted, neutered, and is up to date on his vaccinations. Though he’s partially potty trained, he’ll benefit from ongoing guidance. If you’re interested in meeting this sweet boy, reach out to us today.
