About Koty James
Meet Koty James, a gentle 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix ready for a fresh start. Weighing in at 12 pounds, he was found running the streets with several other dogs after being rescued from a heartbreaking breeder and hoarding situation. Years of neglect left his coat matted, leading to a shave, but with time and care, his beautiful fur will grow back, along with his confidence. Koty is shy yet incredibly sweet. He's learning to trust that people can be kind, and he needs a patient family who will let him blossom at his own pace. An inviting home with another friendly dog would be ideal to help him adjust and learn about the joys of being a dog, after missing out on so much. If you have a compassionate heart and are ready to offer Koty the love he has always longed for, he will reward you with devotion that lasts a lifetime. Adoption fees are set at $450, which covers his up-to-date vaccines, microchip, and neutering. Click apply to start the adoption process.
