About Pina Colada
Pina Colada is a charming 6.15 lb. tricolor Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher mix. Born on June 16, 2025, she came to the Animal Rescue Foundation as an owner surrender, needing a fresh start. Though she initially appears timid due to her past, Pina Colada is ready to share her vibrant spirit with those who give her a chance. Her playful personality shines through as she reveals her penchant for comedy and mischief. Known affectionately as "Pea," she delights in the company of her loved ones, showing her affection through cuddles, kisses, and joyous full-body wiggles. She gets along well with the other dog in her foster home, and her potty pad training is progressing nicely, with about 90% success as her confidence grows. Always discovering new joys in life, Pea loves people-watching, crinkly toys, and snacks of all kinds. She's an expert at arranging blankets just so and enjoys cozying up in a sweater, especially if it’s already warmed by a person. As she blossoms into the goofy love bug she is meant to be, she’s eager to find her forever family. The adoption fee is $250, which covers her spay, vaccinations, and microchip.
