Likely used for breeding and then abandoned, she gave birth to her puppies alone in a shelter before finally finding her second chance. Despite her past, Sequoia embraces love wholeheartedly. She adores people and greets each new friend as if they’re her best buddy. She loves being close to her humans, whether by leaning into you for affection, resting her giant head in your lap, or following you around the house. Sequoia is happiest when she’s by your side. Fully house trained and adept on a leash, she knows basic commands, making her a joy to have at home. Calm and relaxed indoors, she also enjoys playful moments that let her puppy spirit shine through. While generally low energy, she’s athletic enough for adventures and has a strong presence that makes you feel safe. As a natural watchdog, her size and alertness do the job without training. She may occasionally jump up in excitement, but with consistent reinforcement, it's easily managed.
