Believed to be a Bulldog mix, Blue weighs about 14 pounds and has received his first puppy vaccines, been dewormed, and is microchipped. Though he has yet to be neutered, his new owner will need to complete this when he’s old enough. Blue’s past doesn’t have to define his future; with the right person, he’s ready to rewrite his story.
