Rupert enjoys being active, whether it’s hiking or playing with other dogs, so he needs a family that prioritizes exercise and fun. He's great with his foster dog siblings and has been gentle with foster cats as well. Being a true "Velcro dog," he loves to be near his people and wouldn't do well left alone for long periods. Although he’s still working on potty training, he’s making steady progress with support. Rupert would do best with an active, dog-savvy family committed to his ongoing development. Multiple meet-and-greets would help him feel secure in his new home, allowing his wonderful personality to shine through.
