About Jay Z
Jay Z arrived after a tough start as a stray in Bakersfield. When he was found, he was barely hanging on—skeletal, with no fur. Now he’s recovered into a sweet-natured dog who gets along with everyone. Jay Z is a true survivor, bringing quiet affection and a gentle energy wherever he goes. Because of some ongoing health challenges, Jay Z is now a sanctuary dog. He’s found safety, comfort, and community, and continues to thrive in a place built just for him. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
