Jay Z came to us after being found as a stray in Bakersfield. He was in terrible shape: skeletal and hairless. The happy news is that he has blossomed into a beautiful sweet boy that gets along with everyone! He is an amazing miracle,but now with some health issues we are keeping Jay Z as a sanctuary dog.
