Meet Tootsie, one of the Duffle Bag Puppies! These seven adorable Chihuahua mix puppies have a unique story. They were found inside a duffle bag left at a local shelter, but thankfully they were healthy and full of playful energy. Since then, they've been thriving in foster care and are now eager to start their new lives in loving homes. Tootsie is one of the girls from this delightful litter of seven. Though we estimate her to stay on the smaller side, we can't guarantee her adult size as we know little about her parents. Tootsie has a friendly personality and gets along well with both dogs and cats. She’s also great with children, making her a wonderful addition to any family. Tootsie is not altered yet, but she is up to date on her vaccinations. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion, Tootsie is ready to meet you! Every animal deserves a happy ending.
