Construction workers were kind enough to feed them daily until they were rescued. Now safe, La Jara is a big boy, likely an Anatolian mix, blessed with a sweet disposition and plenty of energy. He gets along well with other dogs and is still figuring out how he feels about cats. La Jara is house trained; he signals when he needs to go out by vocalizing from his pen at night. He’s making great progress with commands like sit, stay, and come. While a bit protective of his treats, he’s well-mannered at mealtime and enjoys seeking out high spots to relax. As he continues to grow, he'll need a spacious yard to help unleash his playful energy. This social pup deserves a loving forever home, especially after facing the challenges of abandonment.
