About Glint

Meet Glint, a calm and affectionate 57-pound neutered male mixed breed dog, around 5 years old. He thrives on cuddles and is the perfect couch companion, though he enjoys the occasional zoomie. House trained and crate trained, he doesn’t require a crate most days, making him easy to live with. Glint is a social butterfly, greeting every dog and human with enthusiasm. He matches the energy of other pets but appreciates his downtime too. He’s excellent on a leash and has a humorous quirk—he only does his business on elevated surfaces like rocks and bushes. Keep an eye out for squirrels; they do pique his interest! This sweet boy loves attention from everyone, including children. He fetches like a champ and knows how to relax, often splooting on the floor when he’s tired. Even living near a busy doggy daycare doesn’t faze him, as he’s a quiet guy who rarely barks. This pet is currently in a foster home. If you’re interested in meeting Glint, please email foster@friendsofdacc.org with "Glint A184133" in the subject line. Let’s make it official; apply to adopt him!
